Policies

• We cannot return refrigerated or frozen items after they are sold, even if unopened.
• Our ability to shuttle items between stores is dependent on staff availability and the volume of items needing to be shuttled.
• Custom DNA primers are delivered to two drop-off locations (MBRB and MSB). Deliveries to MBRB are dependent on staff availability and arrival of primer delivers to the store.
